Here’s what customers have said about their experience working with Heightwise…
“Time savings converted into cost savings”
“Initially, we had some concerns about working with Heightwise, as they’re a relatively new company in this market – and there are many Auckland scaffolding companies to choose from. However, we liked their focus on promptness and efficiency, and decided to give them a try, as we really wanted to find a supplier that responded promptly.
Heightwise turned out to be a great choice: the installation was far quicker and safer than with normal tube and fitting systems. That meant there was little downtime, and we were actually able to gain time on projects that had very tight schedules. The prompt service started from Day One, when the scaffolding arrived on time, on the day it was scheduled. Heightwise were prompt and on time every time we needed them, and the modifications on layouts were completed very quickly with the Ringlock system.
These time savings obviously converted into cost savings!
We also liked that the scaffolding products were very new, and the installers seemed well-trained with scaffolding safety regulations and Worksafe good practice guidelines for the safe design, use and maintenance of scaffolding. Health and Safety is very important to us as a business, as we want to maintain our record for having zero health and safety issues on our projects. It’s a real bonus that with their Ringlock scaffolding system, it’s harder for other tradies to remove and use the steel planks as ramps etc., which is a common problem when using timber planks.
We'd definitely recommend using Heightwise. Unlike some other Auckland scaffolding companies, the management team has been in the construction industry for a long time as an end user. They are acutely aware of access issues that are usually faced by construction crews, and are therefore are quite proactive in providing solutions.”
